What is a Hybrid-School?

A Hybrid School at Anthem Prep provides the structure and social interaction of traditional schooling alongside the convenience and customization of flexible at-home learning. It's particularly suited for families seeking a rigorous academic setting without committing full-time to either home schooling or a private school schedule.

Introducing Anthem Prep's Innovative Hybrid-School Program

Anthem Prep is excited to announce the launch of its Hybrid-School options. This hybrid educational model is designed to integrate the traditional “in-person” learning experience with flexible at-home instruction in your home. The Hybrid-School is tailored to meet diverse needs and preferences of students and their families.

Registration opens June 15, 2024.

 

Program Details

  • The Hybrid-School program benefits students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Classes for grades K-5 will cover core subjects such as language arts, math, and science. For grades 6-12, core subjects will be offered in addition to electives such as foreign language, music, dance, and sports.

    In addition to academic courses, Anthem Prep hosts various camps throughout the summer including:

    • Summer Camp: Weekly themes with activities, academics, crafts, and field trips.

    • Music Camps: Students can choose from guitar, piano, drums, and singing classes.

    • Dance Camps: Featuring hip-hop and modern dance, led by our award-winning instructors recognized by Best of State Utah in 2024.

    • Basketball Camps: Aimed at improving skills, speed, quickness, and agility, as well as team play.

    These classes are designed to be educational and fun, providing a balanced experience that promotes learning and personal growth.

  • Understanding the financial considerations of families, the Hybrid-School program is fee-based, offering competitive pricing to make private education more accessible. An application fee is required to secure your student’s seat in our classes and all fees are due by the first day of class. This structure offers families the flexibility to customize their schedule with only the classes they need.

  • All courses in the Hybrid-School program are taught by professional educators who provide hands-on learning and mentorship. Anthem Prep’s Hybrid-School students have full access to community events, including dances, concerts, and athletic games, fostering a sense of unity and engagement.

    Our program strives to create a nurturing environment encouraging social interaction and community integration between full-time Anthem Prep students and Hybrid-Cchool participants. Whether your child is enrolled in a math class, learning a new instrument, or playing basketball, they will do so in a supportive and enriching setting.

  • We encourage families interested in the Hybrid-School program to sign up early as all seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing your student's name on the list early ensures better placement and access to preferred courses. Early registration may also be necessary for inclusion in any possible waitlists.
